Deborah and Jennifer are fellows of the National Tax Practice Institute. We keep informed of up to the minute details of congressional and tax court case decisions. Deborah A. Derham, EA has over 17 years experience in small business management, tax preparation and representation of taxpayers before the audit, appeals and collection divisions of the Internal Revenue Service, as well as other state and local taxing agencies. Deborah serves as a strong advocate of taxpayer rights and is known for her effective negotiating and settlement skills. She offers practical and common sense solutions to difficult problems. Deborah is a member of Soroptimist Int’l of Fremont, Pathfinder Chapter of American Business Womens Association, South Bay Executives, Fremont Chamber of Commerce Connection Club and has also served on various other local charities. She has two grown children. Both Deborah and her husband have lived in the Tri-City area for over 40 years.

Jennifer A. Logan, EA has over 11 years experience in tax preparation, representation, small business start-ups, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation. Her background in payroll and sales tax return preparation enables her to ensure our small business clients proper set-up, maintenance and compliance with all government agencies. She approaches our client’s tax and financial needs with their goals in mind. Jennifer has been a member of the Tri-City community for many years. Jennifer, a member of Soroptimist Int’l. of Fremont, is also very active in local charities and fundraisers.
